1.The use of this website and any of its online forms automatically implies you have read, understand, and agree to our terms of service. Customer represents to be at least 21 years of age and to be legally capable of entering into this contract under Michigan Law.
2. Balance is to be paid in CASH or CREDIT CARD upon arrival on rental date. Chauffeurs do not carry change. Balances may be paid by credit card if pre-
arranged with office (card holder must be present with credit card and ID upon arrival on rental date). NO checks of any kind will be accepted unless
received at least 30 days prior to rental date. N.S.F. checks will be charged a $45.00 fee.
3. Overtime will be permitted upon vehicle availability, and rounded off to the next ½ hour.
4. The minimum contract price is fixed once the contract is signed. Early dismissal, downsizing, shortening of rental hours, or canceling the rental will not
adjust the price. Early dismissal will not be reimbursed for time not used.
5. Minor changes may be made to rental upon availability & REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS NOTICE. CHANGES OR REQUESTS MUST BE IN
WRITING & FAXED TO (248) 682-3200. Call if flight times change. Any changes in arrival or destination location may result in additional charges
(travel charges).
6. Customer agrees to pay a late charge of 2.5% per month for any unpaid balance or attributable damages; as defined below, and shall reimburse
Company for its cost of collection, including reasonable attorneys fees incurred.
Customer hereby agrees to hold Company, its agents & employees harmless from any consequences of such wrongful use by Customer or Customer’s
guests, including the cost to defend against the same company, its agents and employees harmless with regard to the same.
8. Each vehicle is inspected by the chauffeur before, during, and after each rental. In the event of damages suffered, customer
shall be responsible for any and all damages suffered by the Company, its agents, employees, or third parties, including but not limited to the vehicle, in
regard to breakage, abnormal cleaning, human bodily fluids, burns, or other interior or exterior damage to extent of the actual cost to repair or replace,
with the minimum charge of $500.00. In the case of no credit card, customer has 10 days to make payment via cash, or money order. If customer or
guest smokes inside of vehicle, the Customer shall be charged $250.00, and the rental will be terminated immediately, without refund.
9. The Company, or its designated representative, is hereby appointed Customer’s attorney-in-fact to sign a customer’s signature for additional charges to
Customer’s credit card for attributable damages, overtime, and/or for any charges due and not immediately paid by the customer and is expressly
empowered and authorized to charge all costs to said credit card.
10. Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence of Company, its agents, or employees, Customer hereby waives any and all claims against
Company, its agents, or employees for injury, loss or damage, including consequential damages to Customer’s person or property from whatever cause.
In addition, Customer waives any right of subrogation with regard to the same.
11. Customer understands and accepts that Act of God, unforeseen traffic, and severe weather conditions may delay travel. There may be unexpected
vehicle breakdowns and other unforeseen events beyond the control of Company for which all efforts will be made to supply a replacement vehicle. If
a replacement vehicle is sent and/or client refuses to a replacement vehicle, no refund is due. If no replacement is available, refund shall be limited to
the amount paid by the Customer. In case of emergency, the Company may subcontract this rental to another limousine service. The Company is not
responsible to fulfill itineraries developed by Customer, which indicate a time that the Customer expects to arrive at a certain location after the initial
pick up time.
12. Neither Company, its agents, nor employees shall be liable for any personal property of Customer or Customer’s guests, which are misplaced, damaged,
or left in the vehicle.
13. The Company reserves the right to institute and establish rules and regulations of guests’ conduct, which may be amended from time to time, including
termination of rental, without refund, due to non-compliant guest conduct.
14. Written additions and/or alterations made by the Customer on this contract, without written agreement of the Company, are invalid and
unenforceable. Customer is responsible for tolls and parking.
15. It is the responsibility of the Customer to notify Company of any flight delays, flight cancellations, or changes to schedule prior to arranged pick-up
time. Failure to inform Company prior to pick-up time will result in additional charges.
16. Vehicles are sold and/or undated at the discretion of management. REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
17. While Company accepts requests for color of vehicle, Company does not guarantee color of vehicle.
18. Customer agrees to a 50% non-refundable deposit, with or without signature. Minimum deposit is $100.00.
19. Cancellation Policy. *Cancellations must be in writing and mailed or faxed to us at (248) 682-3200.
